How to use

1. Place SpineArch on a rug or yoga mat and set it to level 1.
2. Lie back slowly with your lower back on the arch.
3. Start with 2–3 minutes and build up gradually to 5–10 minutes, twice a day.
4. Only move up to the next level once the current one feels completely comfortable.
