Our products are support and comfort accessories designed to ease everyday discomfort and provide mechanical support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified healthcare professional. Results vary from person to person. If you have sharp or ongoing pain, an injury, recent surgery, are pregnant, or have diabetes, circulation problems or any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Images and videos are for illustration only and some were created with the help of AI. The product you receive may differ slightly in colour, materials, design, branding and packaging.
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is in another currency. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers.
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order – for example if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XNEEX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer – including your rights under UK consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law.
