How to use

• For cold: place the gel pads in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
• For heat: microwave the gel pads for 20–30 seconds.
• Slide the pads into the pockets, wrap and fasten.
• Use for 15–20 minutes at a time, with a break of at least 1 hour between sessions.
• Always keep a layer of fabric between the gel and your skin – never apply directly.
